The deadline for submitting candidate declarations for the election of members of the House of Representatives, scheduled for September 23, 2026, through the dedicated electronic platform will expire on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at noon, according to a statement issued by the Minister of the Interior.

The statement also recalls that the deadline for submitting the original candidate files to the authority responsible for receiving candidate declarations will expire on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at noon.

Submitting candidate declarations through the electronic platform is a mandatory step for list representatives before they can submit the original candidate file to the competent authority.

Meanwhile, the electoral campaign for the upcoming legislative elections will begin Thursday, September 10, 2026, at midnight, and will end on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at midnight.

Moroccan voters will therefore head to the polls on September 23, 2026, to elect members of the House of Representatives.
