The committee in charge of granting the professional artist card has completed the review of all applications submitted up to December 31, 2025. The process covered artists as well as technicians and administrators working in the artistic sector.

In a statement, the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture – announced that the first batch of cards is now ready. Distribution will take place through the Ministry’s regional directorates starting March 27, 2026. Beneficiaries whose names appear on the first list are invited to visit their respective regional offices to collect their cards.

The Ministry also indicated that the results of the committee’s work are available on its official website. A second list of beneficiaries is expected to be released by the end of April.

Furthermore, the Ministry reminded that applications for obtaining the professional artist card, as well as cards for technicians and administrators in the artistic field, remain open throughout the year, allowing interested applicants to submit their files at any time.
