Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform and the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) have signed a framework agreement aimed at improving citizen reception services within police facilities across the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed in Rabat by Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni and Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance Abdellatif Hammouchi.
The initiative is in line with the Royal High Guidelines aimed at enhancing the quality of public services and modernizing infrastructure dedicated to serving citizens.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will collaborate on the development and financing of pilot programs as well as digital and physical infrastructure designed to improve reception conditions at both central and regional police services.
The objective is to introduce modern service standards and innovative reception mechanisms that can later be extended to all National Security facilities across Morocco.
The partnership also seeks to support the modernization of police public services, accelerate the integration of digital technologies into public administration, and promote more inclusive and citizen-oriented services.
Through this agreement, both parties aim to strengthen public governance principles while advancing the concept of citizen-centered policing and improving the overall user experience in public service delivery.
