Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility has announced the appointment of Anne Laimé as Deputy CEO in charge of Personal Finance and Banking Services, with a special focus on the group’s operations in Morocco. She will also continue to lead Smart Conso Crédit Agricole & LCL, supporting the development of consumer credit in both France and Morocco. Anne Laimé is a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility.
In her new role, Anne Laimé will oversee Personal Finance in Europe and Morocco, as well as banking services, as part of the implementation of the group’s 2028 strategic plan. Her extensive experience in financial services development and partner management will be a key asset in driving consumer credit growth in Morocco and strengthening services for local banks.
Professional Background
Anne Laimé began her career in 1990 at Disneyland Paris, participating in the park’s opening in Marne-la-Vallée and developing international tourism partnerships. In 1999, she joined the Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole de Gironde as Head of Marketing and, in 2001, created the Marketing and Commercial Communication Service of the Caisse régionale d’Aquitaine after the merger of several regional banks.
Anne Laimé holds a degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Compiègne, which laid the foundation for her expertise in management and strategy.
In 2006, she became head of the Organization Service, overseeing key IT system transitions. Between 2014 and 2015, she joined the Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole to lead strategic projects before moving to Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility France as Director of Bank Partner Development. In January 2021, she was appointed Director of the new Smart Conso Business Unit, serving the group’s local banks in France and Morocco.
