A France-Morocco Economic Forum will be held on March 31 in Maidières, near Nancy, bringing together institutional and economic actors from both countries to discuss industrial cooperation opportunities.
Morocco will be the country of honor at the fifth Grand-Est CCE Economic Forum, organized by the Lorraine (Meurthe-et-Moselle) committee of the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCE) in partnership with the Consulate General of Morocco in Strasbourg.
The event aims to promote concrete partnerships between French and Moroccan companies, particularly in industrial establishment, co-investment, and sector structuring, with the goal of fostering joint industrial projects.
The program includes a presentation of Morocco’s economic opportunities and prospects up to 2030, with two thematic roundtables.
The first, titled “Curriculum Vitae and Territorial Value Chains of Skills,” will examine industrial complementarities between the Grand-Est region and Morocco in a co-development perspective for 2030-2040, focusing on water management, hydraulic infrastructure, circular economy, and sustainable development.
The second roundtable, “Toolkit and Action Levers,” will present strategic, commercial, and financial support mechanisms for companies pursuing international projects, including case studies from businesses already operating in Morocco.
The forum will bring together senior officials, economic decision-makers, development actors, and representatives from financial institutions, companies, and economic organizations from both countries.
