His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, has graciously appointed twenty-four (24) auditors as second-grade judges at the Financial Courts (Court of Accounts), upon the proposal of the Council of the Judiciary of Financial Courts during its meeting held on December 9, 2025, according to a statement from the Court of Accounts.
This appointment is part of efforts to strengthen human resources within the financial courts and to reinforce their role in overseeing public finances and promoting good governance and accountability.
During the same meeting, 155 judges of the financial courts were also promoted to the newly created principal grade, in implementation of the Royal High Directives. These measures reflect the High Consideration His Majesty the King, may God assist Him, has for the family of financial courts and his commitment to enhancing their independence, efficiency, and professional capacities.
These Royal decisions are part of a broader effort to reform and modernize financial oversight institutions, aiming to strengthen transparency, safeguard public funds, and consolidate the rule of law.
