Orange Morocco, in partnership with Orange Business, has announced the launch of its new generative artificial intelligence platform, called Live Intelligence, designed for companies and public administrations across the Kingdom.
Unveiled in Rabat in the presence of Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, this initiative aligns with the “Morocco Digital 2030” strategy, which aims to position the country as a major player in the digital economy.
Developed locally by Orange Business’s Data & AI Competence Center in Rabat, the platform leverages a team of over 1,100 professionals, including 500 engineers specialized in data, cloud, and cybersecurity, based in Casablanca and Rabat.
Key Features
- SaaS-based platform: Live Intelligence integrates with existing company tools and allows the creation or sharing of automated assistants through a multi-LLM architecture.
- Controlled AI usage: It helps reduce reliance on uncontrolled external AI solutions (“shadow AI”), which pose data security risks.
- Three integration levels: Designed to adapt to the digital maturity of each organization.
Impact on the Moroccan Ecosystem
For Hendrik Kasteel, CEO of Orange Morocco, the ambition is clear: make AI accessible to all Moroccan companies and position the country as a regional innovation hub.
The platform comes at a strategic moment, as Moroccan businesses seek to accelerate digitalization and achieve greater technological sovereignty. The initiative also aims to create a safer and more controlled digital environment.
Looking Ahead
Beyond the launch, supporting companies in AI integration will be key. Successful adoption requires not only technology but also skills development, data governance, and a culture of innovation. Orange Morocco leverages 25 years of experience with the national economy to guide businesses through this digital transformation.
