Royal Air Maroc has announced an exceptional flight program to transport Moroccan supporters to the United States for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the national team will compete in the group stage.
The airline will operate special flights between June 13 and June 24, 2026, serving the host cities of Morocco’s matches: New York, Boston, and Atlanta. This marks a historic first, as Royal Air Maroc has never previously operated flights to Atlanta.
In total, around 32 additional flights will be scheduled, offering more than 8,800 seats to meet strong demand from Moroccan fans wishing to support the national team.
The CEO of Royal Air Maroc, Hamid Addou, said the initiative continues the airline’s commitment to major football events, following similar operations during the 2018 World Cup in Russia and the 2022 edition in Qatar.
He added that the airline will significantly strengthen its offer to host cities using wide-body aircraft, ensuring comfort, safety, and operational efficiency for transatlantic travel.
For New York, 12 extra direct flights will be operated on June 11, 12, and 13 for departures, and June 14 and 15 for returns, transporting more than 3,300 supporters. Including regular services, total capacity on this route will reach approximately 7,500 passengers.
Twelve special flights will also serve Boston on June 17, 18, and 19 for departures, and June 20, 21, and 22 for returns, carrying more than 3,300 supporters.
Finally, eight special flights will be operated to Atlanta on June 22, 23, and 24 for departures, and June 25, 26, and 27 for returns, allowing more than 2,200 fans to travel.
The flights will be operated with wide-body aircraft offering high standards of comfort and safety on long-haul routes.
A special fare of 10,000 MAD round trip in economy class, fixed-date and non-refundable, will be offered to support fan travel.
Tickets will go on sale starting May 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM through Royal Air Maroc sales offices in Morocco and via the dedicated platform: https://golions.royalairmaroc.com.
