The Moroccan national football team is set to face Canada today at 6:00 p.m. (Morocco time) in the Round of 16 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, in a highly anticipated and decisive clash.
Morocco head coach Mohamed Ouahbi described the encounter as “the most important and most difficult match” of the Atlas Lions’ journey in the tournament, emphasizing the magnitude of the challenge awaiting his team.

Ouahbi also confirmed that Chadi Riad, who picked up a knock in the previous match, has trained normally with the group and is available for selection.
