The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) Group plans to invest nearly MAD 16 billion over the 2026-2028 period. The funding is expected to support major projects in infrastructure, mobility, territorial development and strategic sectors of the Moroccan economy.
After allocating more than MAD 6.4 billion to investments in 2025, the CDG Group is stepping up its investment efforts over the next three years. The cumulative investment program amounts to around MAD 16 billion, with a focus on projects expected to generate significant economic and territorial impact.
The strategy is part of the transformation initiated by the Group under its “CAP 2030” strategic plan. CDG aims to strengthen its role as an institutional investor and as a partner in the Kingdom’s major development projects.
Financing major strategic projects
The Group’s investments notably target mobility, infrastructure, urban development and several sectors linked to Morocco’s major international events. CDG has already mobilized substantial financing for projects related to infrastructure, including sports facilities and mobility.
The strategy also encompasses sustainable finance. CDG Capital is supporting bond transactions aimed at financing strategic projects, including green bonds dedicated to the development of railway infrastructure.
