Tariq Sijilmassi has announced the launch of Tessera Capital, an independent investment bank aimed at supporting companies and investors in their strategic and financial decisions, amid profound transformations in Morocco’s economic landscape.
Tessera Capital positions itself as a firm specialized in strategic and financial advisory services, primarily targeting corporate executives, shareholders and investors, to assist them in complex transactions related to growth, restructuring, corporate governance, financing and access to capital markets.
The initiative is led by Tariq Sijilmassi, a prominent figure in Morocco’s financial sector, who brings extensive experience, notably from his tenure as head of Crédit Agricole du Maroc, during which he oversaw major structural reforms and contributed to strengthening the financing of the national economy.
Tessera Capital aims to deliver tailored solutions that combine deep financial expertise with a strong understanding of the specificities of Moroccan businesses, while relying on modern analytical approaches to support investment strategies, sustainability transitions, family business succession and external growth.
