Following the success of its first two editions, the HR Awards has announced the launch of the second call for applications for the prestigious Next Gen Employer© label. The 3rd edition of the ceremony will take place on November 28, 2025, in Casablanca, celebrating companies that demonstrate innovation in their HR strategies in Morocco.

The Next Gen Employer label is unique in Morocco. It recognizes companies that place youth at the center of their HR policies, promoting training, inclusion, managerial innovation, and sustainability. Receiving this distinction is not only a recognition but also a strong mark of the organization’s commitment to young talent and sustainable development.

Previous winners include well-known national economic players: Attijariwafa Bank, LafargeHolcim Maroc, Yassir, Dislog Group, Bank of Africa, Givaudan Naturex, Orange Maroc, TP, DXC CDG, and Safran Aircraft Engine Services Maroc. These companies emphasize that the Next Gen Employer label is more than a trophy—it represents a vision for the future of work in Morocco, where young talent plays a central role.

The organizing committee is now inviting companies, HR departments, higher education institutions, and universities to submit their applications. The results will be announced during the HR Awards 2025 ceremony on November 28 in Casablanca.
