Capital Croissance Enters ELEC TRIMAROC’s Capital

Capital Croissance, managed by BMCE Capital Investments, has finalized its entry into the capital of ELEC TRIMAROC, opening a new phase of growth for the Moroccan company specializing in electrical infrastructure.

The transaction, initially announced in July, formally brings Capital Croissance into ELEC TRIMAROC’s shareholder base and provides the company with additional support for its next stage of expansion.

Founded in 1990, ELEC TRIMAROC has developed expertise in electrical infrastructure, public lighting and electrification projects. The company has benefited from growing investment in infrastructure, urban modernization and energy-transition projects in Morocco.

At the end of 2025, the company employed approximately 80 people and generated revenue of MAD 166 million, supported by a solid order book that provides favorable visibility for future activity.

Accelerating Growth and Diversifying Activities

Capital Croissance’s investment is expected to support ELEC TRIMAROC’s commercial development, diversify its activities and accelerate its growth. The company will also benefit from the strategic expertise and network of BMCE Capital Investments.

The transaction includes an ESG dimension, with a focus on energy efficiency, skills development, social inclusion and the creation of local employment opportunities.

After more than 35 years of operations, the transaction marks a new stage for ELEC TRIMAROC as it seeks to expand its activities and strengthen its position in a market driven by rising investment in electrical infrastructure and energy.

For Capital Croissance, the transaction reflects the fund’s strategy of supporting Moroccan companies with strong growth potential, solid market positioning and long-term value-creation prospects.

The transaction was advised by WeAdvise on financial matters, Forvis Mazars for financial and tax due diligence, and Afrique Advisors and Filali Kadiri & Associés on legal matters.
