CGEM Souss-Massa, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIS) and the Regional Directorate of Taxes organized a meeting in Agadir on September 22 focusing on the tax changes introduced by the 2026 Finance Law and their implementation by companies.
The meeting brought together private-sector representatives, tax administration officials and accounting professionals to discuss the new tax provisions. The objective is to improve companies’ understanding of their obligations and strengthen compliance. Discussions also focused on the impact of the new rules on financial management, cash flow and investment decisions.
Tax Visibility as an Economic Challenge
For companies, anticipating tax developments has become an important element of business management and decision-making. Compliance helps reduce risks associated with tax audits and adjustments while improving financial visibility. CGEM and the CCIS emphasized the importance of dialogue with the administration. This consultation should facilitate the implementation of reforms and contribute to improving the business climate in the Souss-Massa region.
