Agadir Hosts the First SAKANKOM International Exhibition, Spotlighting Real Estate and Construction Opportunities

The city of Agadir is hosting the first edition of the SAKANKOM International Exhibition for Real Estate, Professional Real Estate and Construction (BTP), a major professional event dedicated to addressing the key challenges and opportunities shaping Morocco’s real estate and construction sectors.

Held at Les Dunes d’Or Hotel, this first edition represents a strategic business platform bringing together leading stakeholders from the real estate ecosystem, construction industry, urban planning, development, financing and investment sectors.

Designed as a space for dialogue, partnerships and the promotion of economic opportunities, SAKANKOM supports the transformation momentum currently experienced by Agadir and the Souss-Massa region, driven by major structuring projects and a renewed vision for territorial development.

Under the theme: “Agadir – Souss-Massa: A Territory in Transformation, Driving Growth, Investment and Economic Development,” the exhibition aims to showcase the region’s strategic projects, strengthen its attractiveness among national and international investors, and encourage the creation of value-generating partnerships.
